Hello Canada,
Wouldn’t it be nice to break up the winter with a four night stay to a Sandals or Beaches Resort?
 It’s time for another contest and the lucky winner will be taking a guest and going on a four night vacation to one of our luxury included resorts.
Tell me what has impressed you the most when it comes to Sandals or Beaches Resorts. Post your entry on my blog and on February 22 the winners name will be posted; be sure to include as many details as possible.

Cary's Gravatar I have to say that the service is what has forever made me loyal to sandals. I can't get over the attention to details and its small details that really make the difference.

Trisha's Gravatar There are so many things that have made me fall in love with Sandals. Here is my list : service, food, drinks, and the support I get from Unique Vacations. If you add everyhting up I can honestly say that no other chain beats sandals.

And it extends way beyond that..Winston Anderson Grande St Lucian...Boxing Day...answering my emails and helping with a client held up from the Christmas Day
Bomber aftermath. Guests on their honeymoon, despite losing a day to airline security & flight delays, returning to thank me and the Sandals team who rearranged
everything from helicopter transfer, a tour they would miss, and making what was a terrible start into " The most wonderful time of our lives".

And the clients who travelled 1 hour to meet even when I offer to meet them. Yes they booked!
The knowledge and experience I have now is all due to the Sandals TEAM.

And never two without three...Visiting with a past Sandals client who wanted to know all about Emerald Bay. Two hour house visit and they are still raving
at the concierge who picked up on a birthday and arranged for a surprise - a rose and decorated room. The honeymooning groom just happen to mention it and never asked
for anything. The bride still after a year and a half - BEST VACATION EVER!

The team who pays attention inspires me to keep doing what I'm doing. When you are passionate the clients come, stay and spread the word!

Sandals is much more than Luxury Included it's Passion Included.

Deborah Bellocchi-Covella's Gravatar I have been fortunate in my life to have traveled and visited many places and have been to many resorts and my favorite is still Sandals. The level of service that we receive not only as guests but as a travel agent is impeccable. In this day and age with the travel business changing so quickly, airlines not paying commission, tour operators cutting back our commission, Sandals has been the one true supporter of travel agents with the best incentive program around. Sandals is one of the few companies that promotes booking with a travel agent and for clients who are staying at a Sandals and want to book again they ask who the travel agent is and what company the client booked with so that they can send the booking to that agency. What other company does that!!!! They make us look good and respect our relationship. I had clients that recently stayed at the Sandals Dunns River and they received a letter thanking them for booking with ME and Sandals. I love the little extras that they do for our clients. My husband to this day does not want to go to a resort unless it is a Sandals or Beaches and I completely agree with him!
For me I love everything about Sandals, their simplified wedding packages which you can make commission on, the support from Unique Vacations, the food, the drinks, the Sandals Select program, concierge service, butler service and so much more. I have not had clients that have gone to a Sandals or Beaches and complained. It is the easiest sell there is. I jsut LOVE SANDALS!!!

From the Caribbean to Europe, hotels to cruise ships, I can really say that the exceptional attention to detail, personal touches, and the staff really do make Sandals my number one choice for couples on their honeymoons, and Beaches for a full on family wedding.

I was shocked when I returned home from a trip to Jamaica in April to find a message on my voicemail. "Hi Jennifer, this is April from the Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. We spoke before you left and I just wanted to make sure that you made it home safely. I hope all is well and that we'll be seing eachother again." A follow up call from a travel agent wouldn't particularly shock me, a memebr of the management team given the nature of our visit would still be a shock but not at any point did I expect to receive a follow up call from one of the house keeping staff! We literally met briefly the night before my departure and had a brief chat, and she had asked for a copy of my business card. I was blown away that someone I had met so briefly, who had NOTHING to gain by me returning as a guest would go out of her way to make sure I returned home safely. This is a perfect example of why I tell my clients Sandals/Beaches truly does hire the best of the best! Keep up the amazing work!

I am working on a file for clients of mine who want to go away for 2 weeks and when I looked at their profile I decided that Sandals would be the right resort for them. I put together this e-mail to my clients as part of the research that I have done. I wanted to explain to them why I was offering them Sandals and what they would like. I looked on the Sandals website and grabbed pieces from the Awards page to help back up my reasoning. I just thought I would share this with you and other agents out there who may read this as I thought it explained why I love Sandals so much and what impresses me the most about them. Anyway it is long so I do apologies!

As I was reading your profile I couldn’t help but immediately think of my favorite resort company, Sandals. They are my absolute favorite resort company as they are the best in the business as fare as service, food, drinks, locations, and their ultimate all inclusive experience. They have it all. Jamaica is one of my favorite islands as it is lush and beautiful. It has some of the most beautiful beaches I have seen and I have been to a lot of places like Hawaii and yet I am still in love with the beaches in Jamaica. The people are friendly and there are lots of activities to do on the island.

Now price point is a little higher than most hotels because of the service level they offer and all the amenities that are included at the resorts but they currently have a sale and almost all the resorts are 50 to 65% off. My husband and I have been to 4 out of the 12 resorts that they own and since we have been going we can’t go to any other resort as we find it is just not the same. We have been to the Sandals Whitehouse and Sandals Negril in Jamaica, Sandals Royal Bahamian in the Bahamas and Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort in St Lucia (we just came back from this one in early December). Now Sandals is a Couples Only resort which to be honest since we don’t have any children at this time it is the best way to go and relax with no screaming children around! Sandals also offers exchange privileges with all their resorts, some transfers are free depending on how close the resorts are and other you would have to pay your own way but you could use the facilities and dine at the different ones on the island.

I have sent so many couples to Sandals and Beaches (Beaches is their sister company which is for families) and I have never had any complaints. Everyone loves Sandals! They have the highest rate for repeat guest and have been voted World’s Leading All-Inclusive Company 14 years in a row, Caribbean’s Leading Hotel Brand 16 years in a row! No other resort has that. They also have a great program for returning guests called Sandals Select. They offer points towards free stays. It is great! I really honestly can’t say enough about them and if you decide to go I believe you will never go back to another resort again unless it is Sandals or Beaches!

They offer everything from kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving (free if you are certified, if not you can get Sandals certified for $70.00USD), parasailing, and much more. They even have lit tennis courts! Here is the website for more details. http://www.sandals.com/general/included.cfm

The great thing about Sandals is that we can mix the number of nights and the location so you could stay at one for a week and then switch half way through and go to another one on another part of the island or you could do as little at 3nights up to as many as you would like so we could build the package for you.

Sandals Whitehouse – 5 star luxury all inclusive resort (this is my favorite oneJ)
Located in Whitehouse Jamaica, in a more secluded area with one of the best beaches. This resort has been rated by Condé Nast Travelers last year as one of the top 25 Caribbean resorts.
