Amazing Dining Experience - Sandals Emerald Bay

It’s been two weeks that I have returned from Sandals Emerald Bay and I am still in “awe” of this resort. There are so many luxuries at this resort which put it in a league of its own.  One very important part of the “Luxury Included” vacation is the dining, Sandals Emerald Bay surpassed my expectations!!

Sandals Emerald Bay has five restaurants with influences ranging from the Mediterranean, France, United Kingdom and of course the Caribbean.  I have a very “picky” palate and I was in heaven with every meal that I had.

My background is Greek and I have to tell you that one night I had stuffed grape leaves and moussaka and it was just as delicious as my mothers. I have never had a traditional Greek meal in the Caribbean and the fact that they offered this on the menu really impressed me. 

I enjoyed all of my meals from breakfast to the late night snacks. I must admit that one of my favorite spots was the dessert bar which is located at the Il Cielo restaurant, I had the best tiramisu that I have ever tasted...Delicious!!

Every restaurant on this property is extraordinary!  The menu is compiled to tempt the most discerning palate.
